Desiree The Half Elf Princess Warrior is the name of fantasy self published serial novel author and creator, D.D. Hudson, which was released on September 18, 2018. It follows the adventures of Desiree Lovely, a 16-year-old, the Runekeeper and Guardian of the Stone, a magical rune set inside a magical necklace that she wears around her neck, called the Rune of Aderise. She is aided by a group of diverse companions, the Coven of the Emerald Rune. She is the protector of Ember Falls, Massachusetts, a fictitious town, and, her adopted home from the forces of darkness.
ORIGIN
Author D.D. Hudson says that Buffy The Vampire Slayer, created initially as a movie adaption in 1992 prior to becoming a cult hit as a television show (1997 - 2003), was the inspiration behind the incarnation of Desiree The Half Elf Princess Warrior, depicting an ordinary teenage girl, who reluctantly becomes an extraordinary heroine.
